Items purchased from All Asian Products are shipped via USPS. Packages are usually shipped in 1 or 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your package has been shipped. Delivery times vary, but you can expect your package to be delivered in about 3 to 10 business days for packages that are shipped from the U.S. and delivered to U.S. addresses. Merchandise shipped from outside the U.S. can take up to 21 business days to arrive, but delivery in 9 to 15 business days is typical.
All orders will be shipped in discreet, unmarked, plain packaging. Some items may be shipped from different locations around the world. If you order more than one item, you may receive more than one shipment. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged. Please remember that some packages may be shipped from locations other than the U.S. and may take up to 21 business days to be delivered.
Some packages may require a signature for delivery. Please be sure to look for notices from USPS in case you are not home when they attempt delivery.
At All Asian Products we try to ship our products free of charge. However, there may be some items that require nominal shipping fees.
Domestic Shipments

International Shipments
Orders can be shipped to Canada and other countries outside the U.S. Delivery times vary, but you can expect your package to be delivered in about 10 to 21 business days for packages that are shipped from the U.S. and delivered to addresses outside the U.S.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for Customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local Customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from All Asian Products, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing gum, tea, and cookies will be listed in a way similar to the following example:
Chewing Gum value: $13.00
Tea value: $12.00
Cookies value: $15.00
For International Shipments (packages shipped outside the United States) we will not be held responsible for delays or problems at Customs because of required import license(s) or special authorization by the import authorities, or for any other reason that Customs may delay or refuse a shipment. If there are Customs delays, International Shipments can take up to 4 weeks to arrive (6 to 8 weeks for some countries). In addition, the Buyer must pay all Customs duty and tariff charges, if any. Many types of merchandise are subject to import licenses and are not delivered without permission of the import authorities. It is your responsibility to know the laws and regulations that apply to you.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you feel you need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] (e-mails are answered in about 24 to 48 hours). We will do everything possible to assist you and make you one of our many satisfied customers.
Please Note: All items sold by All Asian Products are being sold "as is." All sales are final. Exchanges will only be made for merchandise damaged during shipping. Merchandise returned for a Refund or Exchange must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, no Refunds or Exchanges will be issued. To receive a Refund, returned merchandise must be in original, unopened condition. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable. The Buyer is responsible for all costs incurred to ship the merchandise back to the Seller.
